Q4 - let's go

Dear friends & family,
The last quarter of the year has begun. Think about it. 2017 will be over soon. Today, we give you a little philosophical stimulation first: there are three months left of this year, we should all make them count and strive for the positive impact we want to see in our world. Agreed? What specifically are you going to do about it?

At the very beginning of September, we had the pleasure of attending The Conference in Malmö. Once again, we came home with open hearts and blown minds - here's a thank you to Magnus-Thure Nilsson and his team at Media Evolution City. If you want to know how awesome it was - check out our IMPULSE: #TheConf2017.

THE HUS.institute will host a hackathon in Vaduz - this is the outcome of a meeting with our Transformer, Anton Golub. In cooperation with Lykke Corp., we'll organise an intense day of coding and programming around the topic of "digital citizenship" at THE HUS.institute on 23 November. You'll find your official Save the Date with one scroll or swipe!

If you are interested in attending the hackathon, please let us know. We want to bring together a diverse group of people passionate about the topic itself with experience of hackathons.

Rudi visited Liechtenstein's microstate-bro, Andorra, to take part in the first City Science Summit of the MIT Media Lab. The latest technologies and projects were presented and we learned how Andorra has implemented CityScope to plan its urban structures with real-time data showing the impacts of new buildings or districts on resource usage etc. Awesome, right?

Check out our highlights like "How to do nothing" by Jenny Odell
Rudi with Kent Larson of the MIT City Sciences - Thank you for having us!
 Cheers from Liechtenstein!

Love and Peace,
Christopher & Rudi and the team
Martin Thörnkvist about Transformation
We interviewed former Director of The Conference Martin Thörnkvist in Cologne.
